Program Summary
Quantity Surveying is a field of study focused on the financial and contractual management of construction projects. Requirements
UTME REQUIREMENTS ;
Five ‘O’ level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics plus any two of the following: Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Technical Drawing, Biology, Commerce, Woodwork, Building Construction.
JAMB Subjects: Use of English, Mathematics, Physics, and any of Chemistry, Economics, and Geography.
DIRECT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ;
(1) ‘A’ level/ IJMB passes in Mathematics and Physics.
(2) ND at Upper Credit in Quantity Surveying.
(3) HND at Lower Credit in Quantity Surveying from an accredited institution.
