Program Summary

Public law as a course focuses on the legal framework governing the relationship between individuals and the state. It covers constitutional law, administrative law, and criminal law, examining how government institutions operate and how they interact with citizens. The course explores fundamental principles such as the rule of law, separation of powers, and judicial review, providing an understanding of how laws are created, implemented, and challenged.

Students study the structure of government, including the roles of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, as well as the rights and responsibilities of individuals under national and international legal systems. Topics such as human rights, public administration, and regulatory frameworks are also included, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of legal mechanisms that uphold public order and governance.
