Program Summary
The BSc. Linguistics, African and Asian Studies program explores language structures, cultural identities, and historical perspectives of African and Asian societies. It equips students with analytical, communication, and research skills for careers in education, translation, international relations, and cultural studies.
Requirements
UTME Subject Requirements:
Compulsory: English Language
Any three (3) subjects from Arts, Science, or Social Sciences

i. Very good passes in three JUPEB/A’ Level
subjects in Igbo/Yoruba and any two of History,
CRS/IRS, French, Government, Music, Visual
Arts and Literature-in-English.
ii. NCE (Merit) in two subjects to include a Nigerian
Language.
iii. LASU Diploma in Communication Arts.
