Program Summary

Food Science and Technology is the study of the processing, preservation, safety, and nutritional quality of food. The course covers areas such as food chemistry, microbiology, food engineering, quality control, and packaging. Students learn how to develop, improve, and ensure the safety and shelf-life of food products. Graduates are prepared for careers in food production, quality assurance, product development, food safety regulation, and research in the food and beverage industry.

 

 

Requirements

Five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric, Science, Physics, Basic Catering and Food Services
