Program Summary

Food Engineering is a course that applies engineering principles to the processing, production, packaging, and preservation of food. It combines knowledge of biology, chemistry, and mechanical engineering to develop efficient and safe food systems. Graduates can work in food manufacturing, product development, quality control, and research.

 

 

Requirements

minimum of five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects at the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), General Certificate of Education (GCE), or National Examination Council (NECO). These passes must be obtained within not more than two sittings
