Program Summary

Applied Geophysics is the use of physical methods—such as seismic, magnetic, electrical, and gravity techniques—to study the Earth's subsurface. It is commonly used in exploring natural resources, environmental studies, and geotechnical investigations.

 

Requirements

candidates need to have a minimum of five credit passes in their WASSCE, NECO, or GCE O/L, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Additionally, candidates must sit for the UTME subjects of English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
