Mathematics is the study of numbers, quantities, shapes, and patterns. It involves solving problems using logic and abstract thinking, and applies to various fields such as science, engineering, economics, and technology to model and understand real-world phenomena.
Requirements
candidates need credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and any two other subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or Agricultural Science at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE), West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), or its equivalent. A minimum score of 160 in the UTME is also required.
