Program Summary
Quantity Surveying is a course that focuses on the management of costs and contracts in construction projects. It covers areas such as construction economics, project management, cost estimation, contract law, and procurement. The course prepares students to ensure that building projects are completed within budget, efficiently, and to the required standards.
Requirements
You need a minimum of five credit passes in SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent.
These credits must include English Language.
The remaining four credits should be from subjects relevant to Quantity Surveying, such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and other subjects like Fine Art, Geography, Economics, or Technical Drawing.
