Program Summary
Political and Administrative Studies is an interdisciplinary course that explores the theory and practice of politics, governance, and public administration. It provides students with a broad understanding of political systems, ideologies, institutions, and processes at local, national, and global levels. The course examines how governments operate, how policies are developed and implemented, and the roles of politicians, civil servants, and citizens in these processes. Students also learn about the legal and constitutional frameworks that underpin political and administrative structures, alongside the relationship between state and society. Additionally, the course covers topics such as public policy, political behavior, ethics in administration, international relations, and the challenges of governance in the modern world. By combining theory with practical knowledge, it prepares students for careers in public service, political analysis, and related fields.
